A healthy diet makes for healthy living. Let's take some time to consider how you've been feeling lately and whether that can be improved upon. Think about times you were eating and the choice of foods you've selected. Are you extremely tired and unenthusiastic for extensive periods of time following a meal? Do you have acid reflux or heartburn on occasion? Are you eating because you're actually hungry or for another reason? Do you find that you're lacking the energy to tackle your goals?
