Many people are not taught how to properly nourish their bodies. You may have a basic knowledge of which foods are good v. bad. You may know that particular foods that cause you to have a specific reaction. You may think all is well thus far, so you must have a healthy diet. For the sake of survival and/or self interest, you should put forward a greater effort to educate yourself on healthy eating and ways to improve your diet.
I can only speak for myself when I say my tolerance dissipates quickly whenever I am not regularly eating fruits and vegetables. In order to be a happier, optimistic, and easy-going version of myself I must eat healthier. Remember the snickers commercial; you're not you when you're hungry. Don't let your body starve from not receiving necessary and proper nutrients. Raise your standards today!!
