You know that feeling when something is off? You can't pinpoint exactly what it is, but something is disrupting your peace. Or maybe you can recognize what the source is, and you simply don't know how to remedy your problem. It would be amazing if I could tell you the perfect solution and quickly put an end to it. Unfortunately, you are going to have to find the answers within yourself. Others closest to you may be able to assist, but it is your ultimate responsibility to be rid of this. You have the answers that will appease your concerns. You may not be asking yourself the right questions, or maybe you haven't thought to search within.
I suggest considering how you got to this point. There's a couple questions you can ask yourself. What is this point you've reached? What is bothersome about it? Ideally, what improvements do you wish to see? When did these negative feelings start to arise? What were the surrounding circumstances at that moment? What is within your power to change? How is your attitude impacting the circumstances?
