Are you eating and sleeping regularly? Is anything plaguing your mind? Are you exemplifying any odd behaviors? Are you triggered easily by things that haven't affected you in the past? Are your peers and/or loved ones concerned about you? Do you have any fears on event recurring that has already left you with ill feelings? If you answer yes to majority of these questions it is likely that you are working through a traumatic event.
